Helping with Annulments in Las Vegas for 11 years

With a 99% Success Rate

You can apply for an Annulment if...

1. There is a close enough blood relationship between you and Defendant that the marriage is prohibited by law.

2. Either you or the Defendant was married to someone else on the day you and Defendant got married.

3. Either you or the Defendant was younger than 18 at the time of the wedding ceremony and the person who was under 18 years old did not get the proper consent before getting married. If this is your situation, the Complaint for Annulment needs to be filed within one year of the underage person becoming 18 years old and you the Defendant cannot have lived together since that person turned 18.

4. Either you or the Defendant lacked the understanding of your/Defendant's actions to the extent that you/Defendant was incapable of agreeing to the marriage. ( i.e., too intoxicated to make a knowing decision, etc.)

5. Either you or the Defendant was insane at the time of the wedding ceremony and that person either has not regained his/her sanity or that person has regained his/her sanity and the parties have not lived together since that time.

6. You married the Defendant due to Defendant's fraud. (i.e. Defendant lead you to believe he/she wanted to have children then after the ceremony you found out that he/she didn't want children; Defendant only married you for money, etc.) If this is your situation, you cannot have lived with Defendant since you learned of the fraud.

7. Grounds for declaring contract void in equity. A marriage may be annulled for any cause which is a ground for annulling or declaring void a contract in a court of equity. The parties wish to declare the marriage contract void and have not resided together.

Information above copied from Clark County Family Law Self Help Center and are the NRS for reason's why you can get an Annulment.

In some case's a Judge may ask you to appear in court.

If your judge decides you need to appear you can call us to arrange a date for you to be seen by a judge.

Don't be concerned by the fact that you will go in front of a judge. This is a fast simple task. You are there to ask the court to grant your case. The judge will ask you a few simple questions regarding the case... mostly just to confirm your statements.

You should have your documents ready to help you answer those questions. It all typically takes only 10 to 15 minutes then you file your documents with the clerk and you are all done.(It is rare to be asked to appear on a joint petition for divorce or a name change without children.)

Beware of false promises. No service has the power to keep the Judge from asking you to show in court.

The underlined words are examples of misleading advertising.

(There are NO court hearings in Nevada for Nevada Annulments for the large majority of cases. Our company NEVER requires you to attend a hearing; this is ALWAYS up to your judge. If yours is the rare case that necessitates a hearing, it can usually be held over the phone. )

Fact is:

It's true that most case's don't go to court if Fraud is not your reason, (Some Fraud case's can get signed without a hearing, but not most) No company requires a hearing only the court does that. It can sometimes be held over the phone, not usually that also depends upon which Judge you get.

Also no one can get you an Annulment in one week, unless your a movie star.

So shop smart and listen for misleading words.

We have been doing this for over 10 years Annulments are the main focus of what we do. So we know what we are doing. We will not lie just to make a few hundred dollars. We haven't had one complaint with BBB and have an A+ status with them.

If you need to order Certified copies of your Decree it is ($10.00 ea.) an order form can be provided to you for this or for an extra fee we can have a runner pick you up as many copies as you need.

If you have a missing Spouse the cost and time is much greater.

* Full Service includes Typing, Runner to Court, Locating a Process Server for you if Needed and Picking up your Decree.

* One discount per case.

Diana Bozarth of ASAP Legal Support of Las Vegas facilitated my annulment in March 2011. Ms Bozarth did a great job. She answered my questions patiently and reassured me every step of the way, and she also explained everything that was going to happen as clearly as possible in terms I could understand. I found her to be not only professional but also very caring and understanding. Before finding Ms Bozarth I had spoken to some Nevada lawyers on the phone and found them to be quite abrupt, not very helpful and quite expensive. If you need to get an annulment, contact Ms Bozarth. I highly recommend the quality of her service, her attitude and her professionalism.J. Polson, California
